Request a Quote
A structured RFQ helps connect product, certification, sample and customization questions with the right OEM/ODM review team.
Pricing and quote review
Pricing depends on product family, target market, customization requirements, packaging requirements, certification needs, sample needs and expected annual volume. Buyers do not need final specifications before starting an inquiry; an initial quote request can confirm the right model direction, evidence package and quotation path without committing to specific FOB figures.
Annual volume helps match the inquiry with the right sales, engineering and production-planning support. It also affects model selection, sample planning, MOQ discussion, customization feasibility and whether the request is a trial order, channel launch or long-term OEM roadmap.
RFQ follow-up and sample policy FAQ
Are your products certified for European and North American markets?
Representative certification evidence is available by model and target market, including selected products aligned with CE, SASO, CB, ETL, CSA and UL requirements. Certificate screenshots may be shared with certificate numbers masked, and full documentation is reviewed after the target model, market and buyer context are confirmed.
What is your typical lead time for custom orders?
Lead time for custom orders is reviewed by exact SKU, customization requirements, material readiness, sample approval status and production planning during quote-request review.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is confirmed by exact model, target market, packaging needs and quote-request details. Trial or flexible MOQ discussions depend on the selected model, customization requirements and production planning.
Do you provide support for private label packaging?
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM support for private-label appliance buyers, including logo integration, retail packaging design and brand-identity requirements. Packaging, manuals, labeling and service-parts details are usually reviewed after the target model and market are confirmed.
What is the sample fee and is it refundable upon order?
Sample fees are quoted by model, configuration and customization requirements during quotation review. For OEM/ODM buyers with confirmed model and market needs, the sample fee may be credited against the first confirmed production order when that treatment is agreed in the commercial terms. Freight, certification testing, special tooling and buyer-requested modifications are reviewed separately.
What is the typical sample lead time by product family?
Sample timing is confirmed by SKU, tooling status and customization requirements. As a planning range, freestanding ranges are typically reviewed around 4-8 weeks, built-in ovens around 4-7 weeks, outdoor cooking products around 3-6 weeks, and RV appliances around 4-8 weeks after sample details are approved. These ranges are not shipment commitments and should be confirmed during quotation review.
How does the NPI or field-test sample process work for OEM buyers?
For OEM buyers with confirmed model and market needs, the NPI and field-test sample process usually starts with product-family selection, target-market review, certification discussion, customization feasibility, sample specification sign-off and a limited sample build. Feedback from installation, use testing, packaging review and market checks is then reviewed by R&D and sales before mass-production quotation.
